Why Real Estate, you ask? Being a Realtor gives me purpose and challenges me to exceed my goals.  In a sense, real estate chose me long before I could have chosen it as my profession. 

 

Beginning my career with a brokerage that offered an aggressive coaching program has made me an exceptional professional in every aspect of the real estate arena.  Working at North Pro Realty, a boutique firm based out in Duluth, Georgia allowed me to observe and learn everything real estate from my Broker and more senior sales professionals. 

 

During the earlier stages I spent an extensive period researching, studying, and improving methods of marketing and maximizing sales opportunities for the firm’s clients.  I diligently educated myself gaining experience, while mastering new technology and innovative tools both in and outside of real estate.  This allowed me to assist several team members and to become one of the “go-to” players in the firm.  I have assisted other agents and managed several closings, which has led to my earning shares in the firm. 

 

My philosophy is that my clients deserve the full service and attention that my team can deliver on each transaction. Being a Georgia native gives me first-hand knowledge of the thriving markets, fine dining, shopping, parks, and other hidden treasures throughout Atlanta and surrounding areas.   My specialty markets include single-family homes, condominiums and townhouses. The majority of my sales are located in the Metro Atlanta areas, but North Pro Realty services all cities in the state of Georgia.   

 

My business relationships are founded on integrity and sensitivity to my client’s needs.  The client brings their criteria, and I provide a double serving of negotiations and results.  Our firm works as a team that coordinates around the goals of our clients to provide an exceptional real estate experience.  We make home sales and purchases an exciting and seamless adventure.
